The disc changes. What it bolts to does not, so the choice here is appearance and airflow rather than fitment.
Full face. Nothing interrupting it.
The closed disc. A single unbroken carbon face with eight cooling ports and a ninth, larger port for valve stem access. The quietest of the three and the one that changes a car most from across a parking lot.
Triangular lattice. Maximum airflow.
A solid domed centre inside an open triangular lattice ring. The most air of the three designs and the most obviously motorsport, borrowing from the covers run on land speed and endurance cars.
Segmented bands. Structure you can read.
Two concentric bands of offset slots around a solid centre. Reads as machined rather than moulded, and the offset between the bands gives it depth that changes as the wheel turns.
