Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Who you are buying from

AIRODISC is a brand of Corsa Automotive, Florida, USA. Contact: support@airodisc.com.

2. Fitment

AIRODISC discs are sized by wheel diameter and mount through an adapter ring specific to your wheel's bolt pattern. Fitment is not universal to every wheel. You are responsible for supplying accurate vehicle, wheel diameter and bolt pattern information. There are two ways to reach us and they differ on when you pay, so both are set out here. If you use the free fitment enquiry, nothing is charged and no card is taken: we confirm fitment and come back to you with a price, and you order only if you choose to. If you order and pay, the full amount is charged at checkout. We then confirm fitment against your exact wheel by hand and come back to you before manufacture begins. If we cannot make a part that fits your car, we refund you in full. You are responsible for supplying accurate vehicle, wheel diameter and bolt pattern information, and we are not responsible for a part that does not fit because the information supplied to us was wrong.

3. Installation, torque and inspection

These products attach to a rotating wheel. Correct installation is a condition of use.

  • Install strictly in accordance with the supplied instructions.
  • Torque the centre fastener to the specification supplied with the product. Do not guess, and do not substitute a specification published for another manufacturer's product.
  • Re-check torque after the first drive, and inspect at every tire rotation or wheel service thereafter.
  • Do not fit a damaged, cracked, deformed or previously impacted disc, adapter ring or centre post.
  • Have installation performed by a qualified technician if you are not confident doing it correctly.

4. Intended use and assumption of risk

AIRODISC products are cosmetic and aerodynamic accessories sold for use on public roads on vehicles maintained in a roadworthy condition. They are not intended, designed, tested or sold for competition, racing, track, timed, off-road or commercial fleet use, and any such use is entirely at your own risk and outside anything we support.

You install and use these products at your own risk. By purchasing and installing an AIRODISC product you acknowledge that fitting an accessory to a rotating wheel carries inherent risk, that correct installation and ongoing inspection are your responsibility, and that you accept that risk.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Corsa Automotive is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of AIRODISC products, and our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you, and you may have rights under consumer protection law that these terms do not affect.

6. Warranty

Products are warranted against manufacturing defect in materials and workmanship for 12 months from delivery. The warranty does not cover damage from impact, road debris, kerbing, incorrect installation, incorrect torque, competition or track use, chemical or abrasive cleaning, or normal cosmetic wear. The sole remedy under this warranty is repair or replacement of the defective part, at our option.

7. Orders, pricing and shipping

Prices are in US dollars and are confirmed at the time of order. Products are sold in the quantity selected at checkout: a pair (two discs, normally one axle) or a full set (four discs). A pair is the default and the most common order. Any other quantity is by written agreement. Ship windows are given at the time of order.

8. Returns

Unused, uninstalled products in original condition and packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Installed, drilled, modified or damaged products cannot be returned. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the product was defective or incorrectly supplied by us.

9. Trademarks

AIRODISC is a trademark of Corsa Automotive. Vehicle makes, models and wheel brands are referenced for fitment identification only. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with any vehicle or wheel manufacturer.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
