The 2021 redesign moved the TLX from 5x114.3 to 5x120, so a pre-2021 car is a different spacer. More on the TLX

The fourth-generation MDX switched to 5x120, the same pattern as the TLX and the Type S, so 2022 and later cars take the 5x120 spacer. More on the MDX
Which face suits a Acura
Across the 5 Acura platforms we build for, the one we reach for most is the Performance Series. It suits 4 of them. Two concentric bands of offset slots around a solid centre. Reads as machined rather than moulded, and the offset between the bands gives it depth that changes as the wheel turns.
That is our opinion, not a rule, and it is the least important thing on this page. The fitment above is the part that has to be right.
