EVS Tuning aero disc or AIRODISC?

Published 2026-10-16

EVS Tuning, the house brand of Evasive Motorsports in Cerritos, California, launched a carbon aero disc in March 2026. Like ours, it mounts over a wheel you already own rather than needing a matching wheel the way Rotiform's does. If you are choosing between the two, the deciding question is not the material. It is whether the car goes on track.

The short answer

  • If you track the car, look at EVS first. They describe their disc as built for downforce and stability at speed, and they publish a list of tested wheels. We say plainly that AIRODISC is not intended for competition or track use.
  • If it is a street car, AIRODISC costs less than half as much, is sized to your wheel rather than in one disc diameter, and comes in three designs.

How each one is sized

EVS sells two disc diameters, 320mm and 380mm, and asks you to enter your wheel specs and check a clearance template to confirm the stud mount length. That is the right approach for a disc that sits in a fixed position.

We size by the wheel: 18 to 20 inch, on 5x112, 5x114.3 and 5x120. Pick your car and wheel size, and the disc you get measures about two inches larger than the wheel so it sits over the rim and lip. You do not have to measure a disc or work out a mount length.

Which one to buy

Buy the EVS if the car sees track days and you want a disc designed and marketed around aerodynamic stability at speed, and the price is not the deciding factor. Evasive has been selling performance parts since 2002 and their fitment list is worth reading whatever you buy.

Buy AIRODISC if it is a street car on 5x112, 5x114.3 and 5x120 with 18 to 20 inch wheels and you want the look for $499 a pair instead of $1,195. It ships from stock in Orlando, every order is checked against the car before it goes out, and if it does not fit you get a full refund.Find your car.
